Position Summary

Crew members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Whether experienced or new to the workforce, Crew members are trained across multiple stations/positions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm, inviting spirit.
  • Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Use a headset to take customer orders, receive directions, and/or give directions.
  • Accurately capture orders and suggest great additions using menu knowledge.
  • Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
  • Follow food safety, general safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized restaurant and dining environment.
  • Clean and operate all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
  • Assist in opening or closing procedures.
  • Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Surprise and delight customers with consistent hospitality and delicious food.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Behaves and communicates professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Knowledge of the brand and menu items.

Physical Requirements

  • Tolerate exposure to noise, extreme hot and cold temperatures, and other elements.
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist at waist.
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally.
  • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift.
  • Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
  • Remain active, standing for long periods without a break.
  • Work under pressure during high-volume peak periods.
