I started at our Morning Belle - East Beltline location in September 2020 after seeing an ad for a server position that worked really well with my family schedule. Not having to work nights was exactly what I was looking for and in addition to the flexible schedule at Morning Belle, I absolutely love the environment. I have been in the restaurant industry for over ten years and Morning Belle is by far the most fullfilling experience I have had yet!

I have really enjoyed working for Meritage for over nine years after starting at our Crooked Goose restaurant. I loved being a part of the transition from Stan Diego to Stan’s Tacos. My favorite menu item at Stan's is our Surf and Turf taco! I feel like a part of a great team that invests in me and I even had the chance to create the sauce that comes with our fries coined “Miri sauce!"

Michelle has worked for Wendy’s for more than 25 years. She began her career in Tallahassee, FL as a crew member. Over the years, she progressed from Crew to Shift Manager to Assistant Manager to her current role as a General Manager in Atlanta, GA. Because of her leadership and tenacity, Michelle was recognized as a 2021 Meritage Inspire Award Winner and a 2022 Wendy’s Top GM.

My favorite part of the positions that I have been in is developing people and building relationships within the field as well as with customers. Being able to bring the best out of people even when they may or may not think it can be done, anything is possible with the proper training, and attitude. I started as a crew member back in 1998 and worked my way up to a shift manager, then general manager, then district manager in training. I then applied for an opening in Operations at the Restaurant Service Center and was hired. I enjoy Meritage’s family-oriented atmosphere and flexibility. Meritage continues to grow as a brand and there is plenty of room for anyone to grow, the sky is the limit.
